As has been the weather for April, it has lived up to its name – April showers. But even overcast skies and the occasional rain shower could not dampen the historical charm and quaintness of the Heperiden Garden and the Hof van Wouw.
The Hof van Wouw are 17th century almshouses originally created for the poor but now a tranquil (and much in demand) residential oasis located in very heart of The Hague city centre.
