Todays images are of the Home-Made Market on the PrinsHendrikstraat in the Zeehelden neighbourhood, The Hague on Sunday April 01 2012.
With the street closed all day for the ‘Home-Made Market’ and a sunny first day of April, the Market Stalls were busy with the hustle and bustle of a traditional street market with people searching for a bargain or a one of kind Home-Made product or willing to taste the various home-made fresh, baked or pickled produce.
There was something for everyone to do, you could play the worlds longest shuffleboard, listen to some (blues) music, take a break from the activities and have a drink or a bite to eat at the various bars, restaurants and outdoor eating establishments and for the children a bouncy castle and a traditional carousel on the PrinsHendrikplein.
