Todays images are of surfers taken from Scheveningen Beach on 30 April 2012.
Scheveningen doesn’t have the Pacific rollers of Hawaii or the California coast, but most days you will find the local surfers making the most of the available North Sea surf.
Scheveningen surfers do in fact have their own surf village – ‘F.A.S.T.’ (Free Architecture Surf Terrain) located at the end of Scheveningen Boulevard.
